Bio: Can you have social anxiety and also be a social butterfly? This is only one of the many questions that transit my mind on a normal day. I'm a teacher, an overthinker, an empath, makeup lover, human rights advocate, lover, grump, I desperately want to be a positive thinker, I would also love to go through one day without battling 'unreasonable' fears. Finally, I have Generalised Anxiety Disorder and I just want the world to understand a little bit more, but most of all, I would really like it if people stopped saying 'you have to stop overreacting' or 'calm down'.
